I’m feeling petty

Hey guys it’s me again. Oh guys The year has started off great. I need to vent lol. So on Wednesday of this week I get a txt message from my ex’s girlfriend. Let me tell you guys I never really get bothered when she sends me immature things, but it bothered me this time. She was letting me have it. Telling me to burn in hell. That she hates me. She wishes I was not in the picture. So let’s clarify a little. Misael my ex left to Mexico about 2.5 years ago. He wasn’t doing good here and his best choice was leaving since he had no job was pretty much homeless. Anyway I’ve clearly moved on have a beautiful family, but misaels girlfriend thinks I want him back! Why would I ever want him back if he cheated on me, was physically abusive, mentally abusive and on top of it all he could hardly keep a job. I don’t mean to expose him like that and eventually I’ll write about the abuse, but he always made it out to seem like I was this monster. Anyway the only reason why we Misael and I communicate is because we have a child together! Trust me I want to do what’s ”right”, but when things like an ex want to cause issues it makes me want to throw in the towel. Anyway continuing on with this girl telling me all sorts of stuff the petty person I am, I start telling her things back. I mean if you dish it you can take it right? Well I then proceed to asking her if she wanted to meet her stepdaughter and she straight told me NO! I was so mad at this point because her intentions and colors are starting to show that I have a very long upset conversation with my ex. Telling him that I don’t need this to be happening and that I don’t want his girlfriend messaging me telling me crap because we are going to have issues. Honestly tired of having to deal with little girl drama and I don’t want my daughter involved, so I decided we are going to remove ourselves from the situation and have my ex figure it out and until he does he can talk to Sophia. Me getting upset over this made Jeff upset and honestly I don’t want to cause issues in my relationship because my ex can’t control his 12 year old girlfriend. So please some advice on situations like this because I’ve never had to deal with this kind of stuff. I thought I was going to be the crazy ex but no one has time for that crazy stuff lol
